Uncovering the Human Factor in Catastrophic Safety Events

Why do people act unsafely even after we coach them HOW TO BE SAFE? Why do they deviate from suggested safety practices when it is likely they might get hurt?

Join performance psychology expert Darren Sutton as he discusses how to better understand the unsafe behaviours that contribute to catastrophic events within our organizations.

In this webinar, we cover:

  • What contributes to catastrophic events.
  • Why we need to better understand how these events occur.
  • How to redirect the full power of these events to create the kind of sustainable high performance that we really want.
