Transactional vs. Transformational Leadership

In this study, the researcher identified to what extent Transformational Leadership and Transactional Leadership determine Constructive Culture and Defensive Culture. The purpose of this study was to test a predictive model of several components of organizational culture and leadership styles in a large sample.  This research focused on mid-level managers and supervisors, who exhibit both transformational and transactional behaviors.
