Professor Andrew Sharman, CFIOSH, FinstLM, FIIRSM, is an international consultant specializing in developing culture and leadership for FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 organizations and NGOs around the world. Andrew teaches at the European Centre for Executive Development, is the vice president of IOSH and deputy chairman of the board of the Institute of Leadership & Management. 

Dame Judith Hackitt is an engineer and spent the first two decades of her career working in the chemical industry running high-hazard operations. In 2007 she became chair of the Health and Safety Executive. Dame Hackitt stepped down as chair of HSE in 2016 at which time she began writing “Mind Your Own Business” with Andrew Sharman. Dame Hackitt is now chair of EEF, the Manufacturing Organisation and of SEMTA. She is a non-executive director of the High Value Manufacturing Catapult. Dame Hackitt is leading an independent review of building and fire regulations for UK government.
