Ron Gantt is Vice President of SCM. He has over a decade experience as a safety leader and consultant in a variety of industries, such as construction, utilities and the chemical industry. Ron has a graduate degree in Advanced Safety Engineering and Management as well as undergraduate degrees in Occupational Safety and Health, and Psychology.
Randy Cadieux is the Founder of V-Speed, LLC, a leadership, risk management, and team performance consulting and training company, and is the Product Manager for V-Speed's CRM-PRO crew leadership and performance system. Randy is also the Program Manager and an Instructor for the University of Alabama at Birmingham's Master of Engineering in Advanced Safety Engineering and Management program. Randy is a 20-year veteran of the United States Marine Corps, where he served in multiple aviation, operations, and safety leadership roles.
