what is the best method to evacuate people from extra high rise building

in high rise building to evacuate the people through the stairs seems illogical with the probability of having injuries among them.

In response to Ahmed's post, I would offer that the answer to this question should be with with the specific architect that designed the building and with the code officials that approved the building design. Tenants and occupants of course should know the answer to how the building was designed to accommodate an upper floor fire emergency. In the absence of a built-in novel high floor evacuation feature, fire/smoke condition operating elevators, or adequate roof top emergency service helicopter evacuation, then "shelter in place" until the fire is out, or "the stairs down" it will be.

In my learning on this it is highly suggested to have an Emergency Evacuation Team. Our member @frednrubelmsqep would be one person ask to join in our conversation.
