no access to mobile app

my name is wayne hepburn i work for comcast cable in memphis tn im trying to use the mobile app on my phone but wont let me in to use says wrong site entered and not sure of what password is can i get some help with access to mobile app with a username and password just checking thanks

If you use SSO you would use the same to log in to the mobile. If not, you have to have a password set up in your Intelex platform.

For the server name . . . I've found it's really hard to type and get it right so I type it in a notepad on my mobile device to check that it's right. Then I copy and past that into Intelex mobile.
