Hi Everyone. Thanks for the great turnout yesterday! I'd be happy to continue the discussion online. I love the idea of storytelling to improve safety performance. A lot of my time in the Marine Corps was spent in aviation, flying complex crew-served aircraft. Debriefing and lessons learned were very important and storytelling played a big role.
