Creating a workplace that supports mental well-being may sound like a challenging goal, yet it is obtainable with effort. 

Here are a few ideas to support mental health in the workplace:

- Set realistic, and consistent, expectations for worker to achieve their deliverable.
- BE the example for promoting open, honest and respectful communication with others.
- Encourage an environment for continuous learning, and challenging the "status quo".
- Ensuring that employees don’t feel like they need to rush their work processes to meet production deliverable.
