Intelex Sets The Bar on Expanding Solution Set for Customers

EHSQ Content Team

INTELEX Technologies is in a very unique position to have a direct impact on global organizations to Change Business for Good.  That mission is not an easy one.  In fact, to enable our customers to be successful as industries, economies, regulations, society, and technologies change, INTELEX has to constantly evolve, innovate, and create solutions that will continue to help companies adapt and thrive as the pace of change accelerates around us.  INTELEX is not just an EHSQ software company.  We have to stay in tune with what is happening in the lives of our customers, the Environment, Health & Safety, and Quality professionals, managers, and executives that are ultimately interested in protecting their employees, sustaining their business with quality products and services, while minimizing the impact of their business on the environment.

Scanning and monitoring our customers' landscape requires constant attention, feedback, and incremental improvements.  Sometimes, new solutions will have a significant impact on the lives of our customers, such as with INTELEX Mobile for iOS and Android.  Our Solutions Management and Platform Engineering teams within Product Management are responsible for ensuring that INTELEX's existing applications, platform, business intelligence and analytics tools, and 3rd party integrations (REST API) are integrated and complement our ability to delight our customers as their needs change over time.  @brydenwaggott, Vice-President of Solution Management, is leading the charge with his team to build new applications and improve existing applications that customers use on a daily basis.  He has over 15 years experience at INTELEX and has worked with his colleagues and teams he has led to help get INTELEX to where it is today.  I had the opportunity to sit down with Bryden and learn about his vision, passion, the importance of improving and building applications that customers love, and trends in the market.  Click to watch the interview below to learn more.
