Fresh off his dynamic and inspiring presentation at the 2016 Bridging the Gap Construction Safety Conference, Ron Gantt (biography) has developed this exclusive workshop which is sure to help your organizations reach their full potential and think about safety in a different way. Join us for a full day of learning and fun!
Many organizations regularly investigate when things go wrong, but devote little or no attention to learning from what it is people do, and rely on to make their work successful. This information is key to proactively building on strengths that are already present in an organization, and identifying areas that require support for more consistent success. The purpose of appreciative investigations is to measure, understand and improve safety and health. This workshop will inspire your perceptions and enhance your methods of implementing OHS.
Safety professionals, human resources professionals, or operations managers who are looking to increase learning, safety and operational excellence in their organizations should attend. Through the use of group discussion, and real life case studies, attendees will learn how to facilitate appreciative/positive investigations.
